Mr. Sanjay Jalan is a Commerce Graduate and entered the business at the age of 21. His initial exposure to industry started with woven sacks-unit . His association with SNJ Synthetics has been since its inception and consequently has given him thorough insight into all Techno-commercial activities of the company. He is at the helm of SNJ operations and has been guiding the company in making rapid strides.

Mrs. Sheila Jalan is a Commerce Graduate and has been associated with SNJ Synthetics since inception. She is fully involved in overseeing the HR and marketing activity of the company.
