Quality Assurance cell practically functions like our watch dog. In the first place the state of the art Quality assurance infrastructure is in place. And the skilled and well trained personnel manning the QA stations.

One of the major challenges for sustained quality standards is power inconsistencies. Our power backup gives one hundred percent
stabilized power.

One hundred percent UPS back-up is in place. By way of self generation we have 150% power back up provision.

Machine speed mismatch is another pitfall which is addressed well at SNJ. High speed machinery and equipment with matching support devices ensure maintenance of standards with out any compromise.

A non-stop 365 day running of the plant also contributes to the quality standards.
