The single stage process heralded technological advancement in PET packaging technology over the conventional two stage process. In fact both the processes occur in the same equipment. This technology lends higher quality standards in terms of both cosmetic and functional parameters.
At our PET plant in Hyderabad we have installed state of the art Single Stage equipment from ASB Nisei world leaders in this technology. Single Stage technology offers effective packaging solutions for Pharma, IMFL and FMCG industries.
On our shop floor we now have ASB Nisei 70 DPW and 50 MB machines which can produce annually 72 Million bottles. This is just the beginning. In our pipe line rapid expansion is scheduled to add more machines to augment the capacities.

IMFL Industry
Moulds of 90 ML bottles for bottling IMFL spirits with varying weight parameters are available with us. 180 ML Mould is under process and should be in pace in due course.

FMCG Brands need exclusive designs and we can develop packages from conceptual stage.
